A sustainable, affordable, and beautiful street food stall designed to protect the environment and empower local vendors.
Ecostall
A New Generation of Street Food
Meet the Eco-Stall, a green redesign of the traditional food cart.
Built with bamboo, recycled metal, solar panels, and biodegradable packaging,
Eco-Stall is built to last and made to inspire.

What if street food — the soul of our culture — could also be kind to the planet?
On the vibrant streets of Ho Chi Minh City, where the aroma of Pho, bánh mì, and coffee fills the air, we saw more than just food, we saw community, resilience, and creativity.
But behind this beautiful chaos, we also saw a problem: plastic waste piling up, metal stalls rusting away, and traditional vendors struggling to survive in a rapidly changing world.

Our Mission
At Eco-Stall, we envision a future where Vietnam’s street food culture thrives hand in hand with sustainability. We believe that every food cart on every corner has the power to inspire change — turning daily habits into acts of environmental care. Our vision is to redefine street food as a symbol of both cultural pride and ecological responsibility, where innovation and tradition come together to create cleaner, greener, and more connected communities.
Our mission is to empower local vendors and communities through practical, eco-friendly solutions that protect both people and the planet. By designing stalls made from renewable materials, powered by solar energy, and supported by biodegradable packaging, Eco-Stall brings sustainability to the heart of everyday life. Beyond products, we are building a movement — reinvesting our profits into research, education, and partnerships that inspire youth, drive responsible consumerism, and nurture Vietnam’s next generation of green entrepreneurs.
From Idea to Impact
As students and changemakers, we wanted to protect what makes Vietnam unique while reimagining it for a sustainable future. We started small — sketching prototypes, experimenting with bamboo and recycled metal, and talking to local vendors. Our goal wasn’t just to build a better stall; it was to build a movement.
A movement where:
-
Vendors earn more with stalls that are affordable, efficient, and attractive.
-
Customers enjoy their favorite street food while supporting sustainability.
-
Communities come together to preserve the culture we love & responsibly.
That’s how Eco-Stall was born: a youth-led social enterprise dedicated to revolutionizing the street food industry through design, innovation, and sustainability.

Key Features

🌿 Eco-Materials
Purpose in Every Piece
Crafted from locally sourced bamboo and recycled metal roofings, the Eco-Stall reduces waste and supports local economies. Bamboo’s renewability and durability make it a cost-effective, eco-conscious alternative to traditional materials. Every element reflects our belief that sustainability and smart business can grow together.
☀️ Solar Power
Energy Independence, Anywhere
Equipped with a 50W solar panel, the Eco-Stall powers its own lighting and small appliances, enabling off-grid operations with zero electricity costs. This energy autonomy gives vendors freedom to operate sustainably, wherever their business takes them.

🌎 Low Carbon Footprint
Redefining Responsible Enterprise
Produced through a carbon-neutral process using recycled components and efficient fabrication, the Eco-Stall minimizes its environmental impact from start to finish. Beyond ethics, this creates a competitive edge in a future driven by sustainability and conscious consumer choices.
🌱 Customizable Design
Your stall. Your style. Your identity.
We understand that every vendor is unique. That’s why each Eco-Stall can be customized in color, size, and branding, helping vendors express their identity while maintaining a cohesive, professional look.
